My name is Suzanne Malone.
I’m a Nutritional Therapist specialising in all things Gut related.
I work with people who would like to gain control of their gut health, and give them the tools and the knowledge they need to make long-lasting changes.
I love helping people overcome their digestive issues and start to re-claim their health, because with knowledge comes power and the ability to take control. I have been there, where everything was so confusing I didn’t know how to be healthy anymore.
As a teen and into my early 20’s I constantly struggled with what my idea was of being healthy. I was uncomfortable, self-conscious and constantly trying the next new thing. This left me tired, un-motivated and very confused. It wasn’t until my best friend told me about Jason Vale and his book ‘Freedom from the Food trap’ that I finally realised that food was more than just a chore – that what we ate could change the way we feel, make us energised, transform our health. And so started my journey into nutrition and wellness.
More than 15 years later and my journey into nutrition through education and practice has allowed me to stop over-analysing food and to allow me eat to suit me and my needs. I have learned to listen to my body and to make any changes to my diet to suit those needs. I now scientifically analyse the new nutrition trends and decide if they are something to follow, rather than blindly jumping in!
I no longer worry what others think of me, which was something I struggled with for a long time. I am a healthier, happier version of me and ready to embrace life’s changes. And I want to help you do the same!

I have always been passionate about nutrition, and since studying Nutritional Therapy I have been able to put that knowledge into practice, helping so many people re-gain control of their health and enjoy food once more.
